The client wanted to digitize a highly personalized offline service — a personal chef who either cooks in the customer's home or prepares meals offsite for delivery. The platform needed to simplify what is traditionally a complex booking process, while still giving customers complete flexibility over their weekly meal plans, portion sizes, and schedule.
