Unlike a traditional job board, Creativepool combines several complex products into one ecosystem. The platform needed to serve creative professionals, agencies, brands, recruiters, freelancers, and buyers of creative services at the same time — each with different goals, permissions, and workflows, all sharing the same infrastructure.
That meant solving for complex role-based permissions, portfolio management, recruitment workflows, marketplace functionality, content publishing, subscriptions, search across large datasets, and administration — without any one of them getting in the way of the others.
